USA Gun Shop is a free-to-use firearms price comparison and editorial website. We earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with trusted online firearms retailers. When you click a link on our site and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you.

This affiliate revenue is what allows us to keep the site running, maintain our real-time price comparison engine, and produce in-depth editorial content — all without charging our readers a dime.

Our Affiliate Partners

We partner with established, reputable firearms retailers including Palmetto State Armory, Brownells, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Guns.com, Sportsman’s Guide, and Bear Creek Arsenal, among others. We use the AvantLink affiliate network to manage these partnerships.

We only partner with retailers we would personally buy from. Every merchant featured on our site is a licensed firearms dealer operating in full compliance with federal and state law.

Editorial Independence

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content, product rankings, or reviews in any way. Our review methodology, outlined on our How We Test and Review Gear page, is applied consistently regardless of affiliate status. If a product scores poorly in our testing, we say so — even if it comes from one of our affiliate partners.

Product rankings on our comparison pages are determined by objective criteria including price, availability, reliability, accuracy, ergonomics, and overall value. We never accept payment to alter a ranking or recommendation.

How Affiliate Links Work

When you see a “View Deal,” “Check Price,” or similar button on our site, it typically contains an affiliate tracking link. Clicking this link takes you directly to the retailer’s website where you can complete your purchase. The tracking link tells the retailer that you came from USA Gun Shop, and if you make a purchase, we receive a small percentage of the sale.

When we show you the lowest price for a firearm or ammunition, that is the actual current price — we do not inflate prices or manipulate results to favor any particular retailer.

Which Affiliate Programs USA Gun Shop Uses

For transparency, here are the specific affiliate networks and direct partner programs that pay USA Gun Shop a commission when readers buy through links on this site:

• AvantLink: Our primary affiliate network. AvantLink represents many of the major US firearm retailers including Palmetto State Armory, Brownells, Sportsman’s Guide, MidwayUSA, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Kentucky Gun Co, and dozens of others. When you click a “Buy” link or pricing card on our site that leads to one of these retailers, the click is tracked through AvantLink and we receive a commission on any resulting purchase.

• We do not sell anything directly. USA Gun Shop is a discovery and comparison resource — every transaction happens between you and the retailer you click through to, under that retailer’s terms.

What This Means For You

Buying through our links costs you exactly the same as buying direct from the retailer. The retailer pays USA Gun Shop a small commission out of their own margin — typically 2-8% depending on category — and that commission is what funds the editorial work, hosting, and testing budget that produces this site. We never raise prices or change retailer terms in our links.

If you appreciate the work we put into testing and comparison content, using our affiliate links is a no-cost way to support it. If you would rather buy direct from a retailer without clicking our links, that is also fine — the editorial content is free to read either way, with no paywall or login required.

Returns, Refunds, and Customer Service

Because we do not sell products directly, USA Gun Shop cannot process returns, exchanges, or refunds. Any issue with a purchase — product defects, shipping delays, payment problems — should be raised with the retailer you bought from. Their contact information will be on the order confirmation email and their main website.
