Quick answer: the Alexo Athletica Matte 7/8 Carrywear Legging 2.0 ($109) is the best concealed carry legging in 2026: four carry pockets, appendix and kidney on both sides, in a high-compression nylon/spandex fabric rated for guns up to 23 ounces loaded. Add a trigger guard, because Alexo doesn’t include one. For a built-in trigger guard, buy Dene Adams ($109.99); on a budget, UnderTech’s Original leggings were $39.99 on sale.
Rounded by Concealment Express makes the most colorful pair ($64.99), and UnderTech’s bootcut leggings ($59.99) pass for work pants under a blazer. If you’d rather keep your own leggings, a $34.95 Rounded belly band does the job.

Concealed Carry Leggings: The Real Story
Concealed carry leggings put a holster pocket inside the waistband of the leggings themselves, so you can carry at the gym, on a run or on a lazy Saturday without a belt. The good ones use thick, compressive fabric so the gun doesn’t sag, and they keep the pocket close to your body so it doesn’t print.
Two cautions before you buy. First, a fabric pocket alone is not a holster: Alexo and Rounded ship without a trigger guard and tell you to add one, such as a Kydex shell or a clip-on trigger guard. Second, leggings carry small guns best. Most makers rate their pockets for sub-compact or micro-compact pistols.
This page used to list seven options. When I checked them against the makers on October 29, 2026, three were gone: Tactica Defense closed, Can Can Concealment is out of business, and 5.11 no longer sells the Raven Range Tights, which never had a holster pocket anyway. The list below is what you can buy today. For technique, read our guide to concealed carry in leggings.

1. Alexo Athletica Matte 7/8 Carrywear 2.0: Best Overall
- Pockets: 4 carry pockets: left and right appendix, left and right kidney, plus 2 side pockets
- Fabric: 73% nylon, 27% spandex, extreme compression
- Length: 7/8
- Gun limit: 23 oz loaded or less per carry pocket
- Trigger guard: Not included; add a Kydex shell or trigger guard
- Price: $109
Pros
- Four carry pockets, both sides
- Heavy compression holds the gun steady
- Works left- or right-handed
Cons
- No trigger guard included
- $109 is the top price here
- 23 oz loaded limit
Alexo Athletica’s carry leggings are the pair I’d buy first. The current model is the Matte 7/8 Carrywear Legging 2.0, and its big advantage is choice: four carry pockets, at left and right appendix and left and right kidney, plus two side pockets for a phone. Right- or left-handed, you can carry where you want.
The fabric is a heavy 73% nylon, 27% spandex blend with serious compression, which is what keeps a gun from sagging when you run. Alexo rates each carry pocket for a gun of 23 ounces or less loaded, so a P365, Glock 43X or Shield Plus is the right size. It does not include a trigger guard; add a Kydex shell or clip-on guard before you carry.
Where to buy: Alexo Athletica Matte 7/8 Carry Legging at byrna.com (also sold by Alexo and Elegant & Armed).
Best For: Women who work out or run and want to choose their carry position.

2. Dene Adams Concealed Carry Leggings: Best Retention
- Holster: Universal trigger guard and breakaway retention tab
- Kydex: Industrial Velcro for attaching a custom Kydex shell
- Gun fit: Sub-compact pistol or smaller
- Hand: Right or left (Stealth version: right only, at 4:00)
- Sizes: S to 2X, black
- Price: $109.99
Pros
- Built-in trigger guard and retention tab
- Velcro mount for a Kydex shell
- Right or left hand
Cons
- $109.99 price
- Sub-compact guns or smaller only
- Black only
Dene Adams is the only legging here that ships with a built-in trigger guard, plus a breakaway retention tab that holds the gun until you pull it. If you want to carry right away without buying a separate guard, start here. There’s also industrial-strength Velcro inside so you can attach a custom Kydex shell later.
Dene Adams makes them for sub-compact pistols or smaller, in right or left hand, sizes S to 2X. The Stealth version moves the holster to the 4 o’clock position for right-handers. Returns are accepted within 15 days, unworn with tags.

Best For: Women who want a trigger guard and retention built in.

3. UnderTech UnderCover Original Leggings: Best Budget
- Holsters: Front (appendix) and rear (kidney), each with a retention strap

- Lengths: Full (29 in inseam) or crop (21 in)

- Cheapest pair on this list
Cons
- No trigger guard shell
- Fabric pockets, no Kydex
- Sale price may change
UnderTech’s Original leggings were $39.99 for the full length on sale when I checked, which makes them the cheapest pair here by a wide margin. You get two built-in holsters, one at the front for appendix carry and one at the back for kidney carry, each with a retention strap, plus a small pocket for keys and cash.
Sizes run XS to 3XL in right or left hand, the widest range on this list. UnderTech says they carry most compact guns; smaller is still better for comfort.

Best For: Women on a budget or who need sizes up to 3XL.

4. Rounded Concealed Carry Leggings: Best Colors
- Pockets: Appendix and 5 o’clock carry pockets with security straps, plus 2 side pockets
- Fabric: 80% polyester, 20% spandex, sweat-wicking
- Length: 7/8, 25 in inseam

- Colors: Panther Black, Python Green, Concealment Camo, Colorado Red
- Price: $64.99, right hand only
Pros
- Four colors, not just black
- Security straps on both pockets

Cons
- Right hand only
- No trigger guard included
- 7/8 length only
Rounded is Concealment Express’s apparel line, and its leggings are the pair to buy if you’re tired of black: Panther Black, Python Green, Concealment Camo and Colorado Red. Carry pockets sit at appendix and 5 o’clock, both with security straps, and there are two side pockets.
They cost $64.99, come in right hand only and suit micro-compact to compact guns. Like Alexo, Rounded doesn’t include a trigger guard, so add one.

Best For: Right-handed women who want color and two carry positions.

5. UnderTech UnderCover Bootcut Leggings: Best for Work
- Holsters: Front and rear, each with a retention strap; hidden waistband pocket

- Bootcut passes for work pants
- Front and rear holsters
- Right or left hand
Cons
- No trigger guard shell
- 32 in inseam runs long
- Sale price may change
Leggings don’t have to look like gym wear. UnderTech’s bootcut version uses Supplex fabric with a flared leg that passes for work pants under a blazer, with the same front and rear holsters and retention straps as the Originals.
They were $59.99 on sale, in XS to 3XL and right or left hand.
Where to buy: UnderTech UnderCover bootcut leggings at undertechundercover.com.
Best For: Women who want to carry at the office in something comfortable.
Prefer Your Own Leggings? Use a Belly Band

If you already own leggings you love, a belly band goes over or under them and carries the gun at the waist. The Rounded belly band (formerly sold under the Concealment Express name) costs $34.95, or $37.95 with a security strap, in sizes from a 24.5-inch to a 56-inch waist. It uses moisture-wicking perforated neoprene with elastic pockets, not Kydex, and Rounded says it fits micro-compact and most compact guns. As with any elastic pocket, add a trigger guard. Glock 43X
A slim 9mm that sits flat against the body in an appendix pocket.

Leggings Carry Safety
Cover the trigger guard. A fabric pocket alone lets fabric or a finger reach the trigger, and Alexo and Rounded both tell you to add a trigger guard or Kydex shell. Dene Adams builds one in. Draw with your trigger finger straight along the frame, and re-holster slowly with the pocket in view, or take the gun out of the pocket only when you need to.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the best concealed carry leggings?
The Alexo Athletica Matte 7/8 Carrywear Legging 2.0 ($109) is our top pick, with four carry pockets on both sides and heavy compression. Dene Adams ($109.99) is the pick if you want a built-in trigger guard, and UnderTech's Original leggings ($39.99 on sale) are the budget choice.
Can you actually conceal carry in leggings?
Yes, with leggings built for it and a small gun. Carry leggings put a holster pocket in a thick, compressive waistband so the gun stays tight to your body. Add a trigger guard if the leggings don't include one.
Do concealed carry leggings come with a trigger guard?
Some do. Dene Adams builds in a universal trigger guard and breakaway retention tab. Alexo and Rounded ship without one and tell you to add a Kydex shell or trigger guard. UnderTech uses a retention strap over the gun.
What gun fits in concealed carry leggings?
Small, light pistols. Alexo rates its pockets for guns up to 23 ounces loaded, Dene Adams for sub-compact pistols or smaller, and Rounded for micro-compact to compact guns. A Sig P365, Glock 43X, S&W Shield Plus or Ruger LCP Max fits well.
Can you work out in concealed carry leggings?
Yes. Alexo's heavy compression and UnderTech's retention straps keep a small gun steady for walking, hiking and light running. Test any workout with an unloaded gun first and use a trigger guard.
Which concealed carry leggings come in plus sizes?
UnderTech has the widest range, XS to 3XL. Dene Adams runs S to 2X and Rounded XS to 2XL.
Does 5.11 make concealed carry leggings?
Not with a holster pocket. The 5.11 Raven Range Tights are no longer sold and only had belt loops for a separate belt and holster, and 5.11's current Athene Legging is also belt-loop only.
What is the difference between carry leggings and a belly band?
Carry leggings build the holster into the waistband, so there's nothing extra to put on. A belly band, like the $34.95 Rounded band, wraps your waist and works with any leggings or pants you already own.
