The company lists double loading, use of incorrect or incompatible powder, improper loading, cleaning, or storage procedures, and the presence of an obstruction in the bore. Under those conditions the notice warns of an increased risk of failure, serious injury, or death to the shooter or bystanders during initial or later firings. That last point matters: a rifle that shot fine all last season is still covered.
